Is there no way to analyze the alien ship ... and gather the new/higher developed/unique tech from it? Even with intelligence projects or something?
Would be interesting. I only know that you can't trade a unique tech ... although it's possible to make good deals when offering a unique tech to a neutral race ... let's say you offer your Massive Shield Depleter for 10.000 minerals in return ... and the Cynarra Holdings will give you the 10k minerals every turn although they never receive the tech ...
I know .. this is exploiting the game. I just found it out accidentally because in one game I tried to strengthen the CH against the Phong (I was in war with the yellow bastards) but they always stayed at the same tech level.
