Well THAT would be something... But is really should be rare and limited to endgame. Can you imagine what would happen if you got Wish on turn 1 of a multiplayer game...

Re: What new random events would you like to see?
I want more population loss events; there doesn't seem to be enough. Some "100% of the population has been killed by heavy winds / wandering wolves / dust allergies" would give the game a darker, more realistic feel... right now Dominions feels like a pastel-colored, happy-happy Mario game aimed at little kids.

But this happy happy feel is why you love the game so much, you being a pastel colored comic book character of indeterminate gender and all. BTW in the next patch there will be a special event for Ctis, where a portly plumber has killed a good portion of Ctis population, after eating a magic mushroom and energetically jumping on the heads of the unsuspecting lizards.

"Heavy Handed sarcasm from Saber Cherry got out of control and collapsed in on itself to a singularity which destroyed the very fabric of reality. The populations in all your provinces were devoured, and all your units were turned into longdead hoburgs with a limp. In addition, all your bloodslaves were transferred through space and time to one of Hugh Heifner's 70ties parties, and are no longer useable for their intended purpose (they do look awfully cute in those bunny suits, though.) All your temples were converted to forts. All your forts were then converted to laboratories. All your laboratories where then converted back to temples. An earth-quake then occured and destroyed all your temples. After the singularity had disappeared, a huge amount of magical gems were found around your kingdom and transported to your laboratory... which was now a temple ruin. There they combined with your existing gems, reached critical mass and detonated - killing all units in your home province."
Was it something like that you had in mind? :-p
