Thanks. The problem was that everyone wanted their post stickied but having so many that you cant see new Posts was a pain. Plus self defeating because no one actually looked at the stickies first.
Mostly its the new moderator Zen doing the work. I had some ideas early on which he is capitalizing on because I never followed thru. We all discussed it. And Zen is implementing it. YAY ZEN!
