Guardians of the Pyre should not be size 3. They do not have two morningstars as lava warriors.
Lava warriors need room to simultaneously swing their two morningstars.
War lords are exeptionally large. A legacy from the 'children of flames' of ancient times (more on this at a later date).
Drilling seems a bit wierd, but it is probably the heat of the dominion that causes rock to melt and moats to fill with lava and not deep core mining. I havn't visited the border cities of Abysia.
Freak lord is now size 5 (2.11).
Moloch has wings. A human would not fit in the same square. He would be fanned and flinged into another square if he tried to hide under the wings of the Moloch. A vaetti or Hoburg Champion on the other hand is short enough not to be flipped in the head.
Does "now" mean that 2.11 is out?? (Just checked: obviously, the answer is "no". Ok sorry.)
I dont find the things you mentioned to be logical inconsistencies.
A logical inconcistency, however, could be the fact that money can be used by all persons in all provinces everywhere simultaneously, that the "lab" is manifested everywhere at once (along with your money) but resources arent, that I can alchemize gems to money in province Q and use that money to build a temple somewhere completely different. I think these are all fine for game and balance reasons, but it is sort of funny.
Abysian Salamanders are already weak, please don't make them capital-only in addition !
I've no problems either with big Abysians and Lobsters : however I suppose Freak Lord could/should be smaller (4 ?)
