My usual server operator reported that it seems to be brought on by dead connections of some sort: Apparently, the server will register one or more active connections even though no players are connected. Is there some sort of leak in the network code that causes dead connections to gum up the works in the new 2.11 code? This didn't happen so often in 2.08...
