Bear Claw Talisman. Would be great to get rid of my nerdish physique without actually having to put all that money, effort and time into the gym.  Plus it's the only item I could keep secret from the authorities since it's not quite as supernatural in effect as the others.

Guards? bouncers? and your poll mentioned crime?
Doesnt anyone have yard chores anymore? Skull Talisman for me and everytime my wife isnt around I will get an "amazing" amount of chores done.

Edit: And they wouldn't know the difference between inside and outside. They'd run that lawn mower right into your houes if they found an opening.
