I think some of the funniest afflictions are the 'lose a couple of eyes' you see on Spiders.

"Lost all those eyes" and "Tail chopped off" are also rather amusing.
Hmm, there's a thought Daynarr - "lost some teeth" (reduces maximum leadership).
