And you left room for the "Penultimate Amazon Poll" when you add Onyx Amazons next time.

Then there's the Pink PLastic Amazons (inflatable), and the Ex-spouse Amazons. Heh.

I do think you're right though - either there's a bug with Crystal Amazons, _or_ Illwinter decided to make them very very very very rare. (I may have left out a few very's.)
