Default Ghost Riders?

After I cast Ghost Riders, do they remain in force, as an independent army? If so, do they move around, doing harm, or just stay in place?

Thanks,
Merry

They attack during the spellcasting phase. If they win, they raise any existing temple, and then disappear, leaving the province empty and independant.

If troops enter it during the movement phase, they will occupy the province. Clearing a province with the spell and then taking it with a scout works very nicely.

I think you mean "raze". They knock down temples, they don't build any.

It's an understandable mistake coming from a non-native English-writer. It's long been recognized that they don't speak English in the Democratic People's Republic of California.

Why not? It's one thing to pick up every typo, but correcting a completely misused word is surely ok. Kids need to learn spelling from somewhere, and it usually isn't school.

Anyway, I was intending to be helpful, not offensive. Just in case anyone was wondering.

Pfff. At least, you Americans / British have ONE correct way of spelling words. In Germany, the debate over "new" vs. "old" spelling is just starting up again...

Funny thing is this kind of spelling errors happen more to native speakers. Because they write "phonetically" like they would speak the words while non-native speakers actually learned these words.

Actually, I've rarely seen Brits, Aussies, Canadians, et. al. screw-up writing English as often as I do my fellow Americans. Nor do I see non-English-speakers screw-up their own native language writing as frequently. I firmly believe that many (if not most) Americans, particularly those educated in the 80s and after, either just haven't gotten good educations in what masquerade as schools in this country (glorified day-care centers for adolescents), or are simply too uncaring about getting it right. People don't care enough about not appearing like ignorant country bumpkins. Witness our glorious president, who thinks it's chic to speak the language as if he never completed grade school. (I have to wonder how he ever made it into Yale with such atrocious English. No doubt his family bribed someone, as I certainly cannot see him having had good enough SAT scores.)

Well, that's enough ranting for one post. People butchering the language is a sore subject with me. Sorry.

Hey, in defense of Yvelina I will point out that English
is her fourth best language, out of five. And even more
important, her native language is one in which there is
only one spelling that produces a particular combination
of sounds. So no green worms going toward the glass cup.
