I've been using 'shiney' for pictures I like since about...uh...somewhere around the first pictures I commented on here. Firefly has nothing to do with it.
Um. Didn't mean to sound abrubt.

Yeah, TC, that's looking very promising! I like the highlights (did I say I liked markings before...LOL).
With all the edges and sharpness, I'd say it qualifiys for some sort of "crystal" race...  .

to make an avatar look like this.. 
This is the procedure in Artgem. Sorry there is no easy way I know of in PSP without making multiple layers then merging them in at the end..
