You could have started this game 16 hrs ago. Instead of that you've kicked FM_Surrigon who, as I told you, while not an active board participant, plays his turns reliably and rarely if ever is the Last one to submit. Now, if for example, he checked this game in the Last 4 hrs, it could (admittedly, worst case), be another 20 hrs before he checks again, and notices something is wrong.

If you want to do this, do it all the way, and re-open the position. It's not the choice I would've made, but you can justify it, since you did make it clear non-anonymous positions were not permitted. It also tells players that they must pay attention (occasionaly, at least) to the thread.
