If you don't want to buy Winrar, download freeware unrar utility http://www.rarlab.com/rar/unrarw32.exe
put unrar.exe and shipset archive in the same directory, ie c:\temp
run the command line and type: c:\temp\unrar.exe e 292500-Sev.rar . Hit Enter. What's all.
