I handle the customer support center. I've been surfing the forums a bit more than usual lately as Richard's been tied up with other projects and isn't here as much as he'd like to be. |

I wonder where Richard is today? Not at the office, I hope. 
It would've been nice to have all this snow Last month around this time, but better late than never I suppose. Days like this were made for gaming... Ahhh...
