Me neither. Doing so could pose balance issues cause they are already such high value units.

What I *would* favor (and have heard requested often enough before), is to exclude Pretenders from the HOF list ... and to put the kill/experience stats of Pretenders on the Pretender list (the one that comes up w/ F4).

Sounds good. If the pretender XP/Kills is moved to the F4 screen then no data is lost.

On the question of a minimal experience level for the list I'd be in favor of that, but OTOH, it doesn't sound too urgent to me. After all, any commanders that get a heroic ability in the first few turns won't get much of a benefit from it, since the size of the bonus depends upon how long you stay on the list.

No, its not urgent. Just a pet peeve of mine that I didnt think would be a huge fix. Something really simple that could be tossed in the next Version which would result in (IMO) a remarkably better distribution of heroic abilities.
