So far I've read chapters One and Two of "On Basilisk Station" and I like it, good writing so far and very much like a Horatio Hornblower style book only in space .

The order of the books:
- On Basilisk Station
- The Honor of the Queen
- The Short Victorious War
- Field of Dishonor
- Flag in Exile
- Honor Among Enemies
- In Enemy Hands
- Echoes of Honor
- Ashes of Victory
- War of Honor
There are other books with short stories in the same universe, and some sub-series that take place in the same universe with characters other than Honor Harrington, but the "base series" is the one above, with 10 books...

A very good series... have read all 10 more than once  Your best bet for finding them would be eith er a place like Borders Books (have often seen them there), or a small specialty bookshop that carries a lot of sci-fi.
I'd definitely recommend this series to any who haven't read it.

Hey question why would someone make an entire series that they wrote available Online for free? WOuldn't that cost them a LOT of money? or are those illegal because if they are illegal I definately won't download em.
