Because maybe he doesn't know either.

I forget who sugested I add this (the sugestion is posted somewhere here) but I think in general the tell you how good the weapon is compared to it's size and fire rate and how good it is as a first strike weapon.

If anyone really wants to know the formula e-mail me and I'll check out the code.
