Origins weekend
Hey everybody, I just got back from my first Origins convention today, and it was a bLast. The best part was finally meeting some of the very cool people behind the e-mails addresses and forum postings. The folks at Shrapnel Games, as well as developers Kristofer & Johan (Illwinter), Mike Cooney (Boku), Patrick Proctor & Curt Pangracs (ProSim) - they are all very great people to hang out with. Next year will feel like a family reunion! I hope to see more people there next year.

Re: Origins weekend
Hiya, Todd!
Thanks again for the round! Had a great time! It seems that those who showed meant to get along, and it was a great time for all! Next time, I'm flying instead of driving so I can enjoy more of the weekend!
Hope to see you and the others in a year.
Curt

No, but all cards were cancelled without incident, I have a new license and cards on the way, so no harm there. The three things that are essentially irreplacable are a picture of my wife when she was in high school and two pictures of my kids. No worries, though. Although initially upsetting, it couldn't spoil a great trip!

Re: Origins weekend
Sorry to hear that you never found your wallet Curt, but I just wanted to say that Richard and I had a great time. It was nice to meet everyone face to face and to have some time to hang out and be silly!
We can't wait to see Tim & Annette again in less than two weeks! And Kristoffer you owe me some pictures of your guys' trip to New York!

Re: Origins weekend
Hi Todd, Curt, Annette and Mindi!
It sure was a great convention. I have made a small web page with some photos of mine and Kristoffer's trip to Origins. Featuring Todd of Space Horse fame and more. Kristoffer will have to fill you in on New York later, Mindi.

Re: Origins weekend
I don't know anything about Planetarion. But after putting it into google I found that it is some kind of space game made in Norway. I guess Norway is close enough for you, Curt
