For a long time it was. But at some point he changed it (or perhaps someone else changed it?) to a character from homestarrunner.com known as The Cheat.

he claimed to have set it himself, though perhaps some moderator did it. you can't believe anything he says; however, he always was a great fan of strongbad, so i expect it was a Last little parting flipping of the bird.
