That sorta make sense, but if it was me who did it I would have deleted the whole OS or what-ever-you-call-it and leave the ship dead in the water... err... empty space.

Yeah, both Crew Snafu and Crew Insurrection should be unable to affect Master Computers or at least the effects should be changed. Definitely something to let MM know about. Maybe there ought to be special intel operations for affecting MCs. It's doable, of course, but the methods would be completely different. Having seperate intel operations would reflect this.
