What i want to know is how to make the AI make designs, build ships, research....., attack, move ships, etc...., basically everything the stock AI does and with some luck make it a bit more difficult.

Quite a good question. Why dont you check the AI Modding 101 and ask SPECIFIC quesitons in here ? I doubt anyone is going to post you the basics when its available for download...

We're happy to answer questions like "what does the spaces per one entry do, exactly?" or "how does the minimum/desired speed work" and so on.
As long as its specific enough that the answer will be only a paragraph or two, you'll get lots of response.
Nobody likes writing essays, though

Eax don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to get rid of you, but it would be nuch better if you learn the basics from the sources I pointed out. AI modding is too complex to explain it very fast.

wow.... well, i don't want to tell me how to mod all of the AI on the forums, i just wanted to know if exists a tutorial to get started, i'll check out those links, thanks for the replies!

Unfortunaly there is no AI modding tutorial for newbies or somesuch  All info is scattered on different topics and threads.
