I'm like Kwok, I'm an early to bed, early to rise kind of guy. 4am sounds like a perfectly reasonable time to wake up

(I'm usually up around 5-5:30am but sometimes I get up earlier and in the winter I often sleep in to about 6:30-7am. The mornings are the best time for me.
