Heh! No, no need to get scared. I think in Proportions #3 we're all in tight spots...and I know I'm not gunning for anybody. If anything, the person you've got to watch out for is Alneyan.

Heh! No need to get scared indeed. I know I am in no shape to attack anyone. If anything, the person you ought to watch out for is Alarikf.

Kidding aside, I really don't think any of us is going to launch a major war in the future, though you might want to get a NA treaty with Lineage just to soften the angles.

Don't trust them! They're snakes! Literally!

Of course not, they are only half-snakes. But if you were to call them half-bred, the resulting war would not be half-hearted.

Well, I'm still trying to make up what my predecessors [censored] up (imho, no offense meant against the ones that came before me)

Because tehre's a massive shortage in settlements (colonial developement wasnt even researched) and the starliners/pop transports have been terribly designed (they give 2 movement whereas with current tech they can be 4 so working twice as fast) Also there were loads of designs made with elite starship crews (why the original designer of the empire took that trait is beyond my comprehension, that tech looks increddibly suck imho) and those cost massive amounts of organics (-> build slow caused a massive organics dificit, which I'm barely able to fix (mothballing, scrapping, etc) was pretty f*cking stuipid imho to design ships which cost as much organics as they cost minerals when you have 2 planets generating organics one of which is yer homeworld.
Compensating for that now, but I think the whole delay of about 50 turns on other players in terms of colonial developement isnt going to turn out allright in the long term. the most populated planet is not even 30M ppls (besides HW offcourse) because there was no transport chain setup, you dont fix such problems in a few turns in proportions, to get this empire running as I'd want it to run is going to take at least 5 years (game time) and I wonder if I'll get that long.
