If you would go with nature 10 and spell focus , ring of sorcery , rune smasher and thistle mace you would get a similiar chance with charm and you have a good blessing effect with nature 10 as well .

Maybe S 10 is funny also sure enslave mind is less good but you have then also the possibility to mind duel every other astral magic user .

Lich Queen, with Death 10(Initially 9), a Ring of Wizardry, a Ring of Sorcery, a Rune Smasher, a Skullface, the Sceptre of Dark Regency, and Quickness. Not much for enslaving, but that +11 penetration modifier made for some wonderful chain-disintegrations.
