question: if i press stop game at mosehansen could we continue later on or It will restart it?

It will pause the game until you restart the server (which does NOT restart the the game from turn 1)

But a better way to give Knudsen his weekend off would be to set the time limit up to a couple of days and leave quickhost on. That way, the turn will run as soon as Knudsen gets back and puts in his orders.
