I am sorry, but I don't fully understand what it is your asking me.
If you just want to add more federation ships, then do so. In the vehicle Size file scroll down until you find the Federation ships. Copy any of the entries and then modify them as you see fit and place them any where you want.
They must have the Federation Ship Construction as a requirement in order to keep them sole as Federation ships.
If you want more images, then I will email the new Federation Ship Set to you. It is neo-standard.
As for the Satellites, use a mount to reduce the size.
