So this would make it legal to be copied in Brazil.... as about cable tv, the law don´t allow copying of anything that is show in it, it is only legal if it was broadcast in "open tv" and cable tv is not "open tv"...

And as i stated earlier, you can only copy it for your personal use, distributing it will still be illegal, so, while theperson that copies the show for personal use is legal, but the source from that person copied from is illegal... (strange isn´t it? laws sometimes don´t make any sense)
