I like the main texture that you're using. It makes the ships look like they've seen some action.

I agree Narf, but I honestly couldn't think of anything to make the Medium and Large Transports unique. Do you have any suggestions? If you do I'd be quite happy to hear them. 
EDIT: Think I'll move the guns on the fighter too, they just look too odd where they are.

Different 'cargo' pods? Basically, the same way you would make a warship look different.

They look good, but I've always thought just duplicating cargo storage in transport pics made them not look as good.
