Copy-cat games would be much harder to spot which would be same-game/new-name. If you see that then definetly mention it.

This one seems to have a name similarity but not much more as far as I can see. It can cause some losses when people search for this Dominions but Im not sure if its close enough to slap them on.

In the U.S. at any rate, names of creative works are not copyrightable. That's why you will see different songs that have the same name, frex.

If "Dominions" is trademarked as a brand name that would be a different story.
