Well, it's true. That has to be one of the most inane things for a diplomat to say to another. How can you expect results when offering excrement?

Re: 100 Most Satisfying Moments in SEIV
Another one of those "Oops, I'm screwed" things...
63. Opening up a PBW turn-file, and noticing that a good ally of yours has opened 6 warp points and deployed nearly 20 star destroyers to all your systems, has them poised over all your stars except for one where it's two moves away, and over all you're closest partner's stars...
...Yep, that just happened to me. So much for a trusted ally...and so much for me and my partner I can stop the one star destroyer, and maybe salvage some of my fleet to go on a revenge destroying spree, but that's about it...bummer.

64. Capturing some population from all the 19 races other than your own, and putting them all in a nice zoo starbase.

A zoo starbase! Classic. That might go well with a mothballed Showcase Fleet of captured ships from all the other empires.

It took about 25 turns of building them in parallel. It wouldn't have been possible without my resource converter.

Re: 100 Most Satisfying Moments in SEIV
Sounds like that game will be amazing on its own when finished.
Back to topic (Think we are at 68)
68. Taking down several EEE Cruiser fleets with my lone Frigate for the first time.
69. Discovering how to add over 100 mines of your own into a sector for the first time.
70. Discovering you can stack more fighters in a sector than mines and 0.5k fighters do a whole lot of damage.
71. Beating the AI on team mode for the first time, with the computer on High bonus (computer declares war at first sight).
72. Discovering your son is better at SEIV than you are.
