On a sad note, the opportunistic giants to the Great Spider Lord’s south have snatched some of the Machakan Jungle. The territory in question had been momentarily overrun by troglodytes belched up from the ground. A spokesman for the Great Spider Lord has expressed concern that this might indicate hostility on the part of the giants, but no such inclinations have been communicated diplomatically. The Great Spider Lord always thought the giants loved to keep to themselves and write mythic haiku.
