Problem with retrofit

I get this from time to time as well.
At first I thought it was becuase I included an extra Armour (thereby increasing size by 10Kt) but I cannot confirm this.
Any views anyone?

Gimboid: I've had my ships retrofitted to other people's designs in PBW games.. quite confusing.
