. And they got even a small upgrade in zens mod like +3 protection iirc .
With the Victory Conditions so Inland is the map and not Ringworld ? If we would take Ringworld we would need no victory conditions with the 100 Provinces only . If someone has there 70 provinces the opposition probably surrenders voluntary
