Re: Dimension X: Home World Wars
This game is a real challenge to a "builder" like myself. My strategy has always been "build a good empire and you'll do well," not "go out and kill the other empires b4 they get good."
Balancing resources is the biggest headache. 175 ships supported by remote mining... ugh!
Butt hay! Challenge is why we get up in the morning, right? Having a lot of fun with it; hope others are too.

Re: Dimension X: Home World Wars
Yeah it is my current fav of the 3 games I'm currently in...It seems that my corner of the world is very populated, and there are 6 of us engaged in some heated diplomacy, and a few borders skirmishes it seems...I defintely need to learn how to come out of my shell so to speak though...this isn't what I would consider my type of game...but...it is and still will be fun...

Re: Dimension X: Home World Wars
I have an emergency trip for a week ( a very dear friend is dying :/) and shan't be able to post turns until next tuesday (26th?) at the earliest.
Would have sent Geo an e-mail but Private is a hard address to reach.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
I've tried to set things up for a couple of turns but..

Re: Dimension X: Home World Wars
Is it about time to call this one? Seems like the turnaround time is turning into the second week now.

Re: PBW Game idea
I am willing. A few more turns and I can start a ringworld.
It does look like Dallas (my house) has dodged the Rita bullet. Still really a few days to go to be sure.
