I have no problem with the concept. In fact, many sites which dont allow mentioning theUnderdogs might not have problems with the concept. But it would be kindof rude to try and force the subject.
The copywrite terms make sense in other cases. The only problem at the moment is that software does now have its OWN copyright laws. Personally, the one I really love, is making software copyright a yearly renewable thing. Even charge for it (nothing major, $10/year or something). Like domain names are.
