Newb Question

Hi All:

I've looked all over the community sites, docs, walkthrus etc but cant find a complete key list. My current issue is I cant seem to get any commanders to Move and Patrol. I can moce them fine but I've never seen the option to move and patrol. What am I missing?

It is only available when moving on to provinces (that you control) containing forts.
