Beginners Multi

is it possible to have a multi for beginners like me in a small map with beginners (its my first multi and i don't want to be discourage )but 4 or 5 max.?

this kind of multi exist? or only 10 12 etc..?only to understand the game multi.

Yes, but I'm only familiar with PBEM games.
