This isn't as much of a concern in Adamant as in stock, however, as Adamant limits trade income to 10% rather than 20%. On the other hand, the threshold cost of reducing PS below 80% is a pathetic 5 racial points and may not be worth it. With 9 other races, all of which are teamed with you and will likely establish permanent partnerships on first contact, it might actually be worth raising PS.
