Explain Resources + Admin to the n00b

Hello, and welcome aboard!

1) I think it will be divided according to their respective admin values; if all of those are equal, it will be equally divided (you can have different admin values because of random events, sites, and conquest).

2) I would think so, though it would go both ways, and would more or less be the same.

3) Province resource production should be the answer here, with all admin taking place at one moment.

4) It should draw 40% of those 50%, as there is no fort on the province being drawn on. That will leave 60% of the 50% in the province itself.
