A couple of us all downloaded the "2nd" Patch which I can only assume your talking about. I'm unaware of any follow up patches. It fixes some of the more irritating problems but not all. All I know is that when you get big enough to need the computer to run some of your planets, don't be surprised by what your planets are building!!! We came up with a new name in MOO3 for AI  (Asinine Intelligence). |
