Mindi thank for the link but I think its a joke and not a real story. But still, it would be sweet justice if something like that did happen.

The developers here in Clark County, WA, are already taking advantage of the ruling. It is sickening to see all the county commissioners and city officials jumping on the band wagon to seize someones home for the betterment of the community. Ya right, They were just bought off and want to keep their bribes coming in. If ever there was a need for a new law I think preserving a persons right to keep their home should be it. However there is virtually no interest in Congress or the Senate to address this issue. Again those who make the laws also are the ones who profit most by them.
