in a simultanious game, its possible for two empires to design something with the same name on the same turn.

did you really only build 7, or is that a part of the bug?

is this an existing empire saved from another game, where you used the same design and thus it has some counters already set?

In one of my games I have far more mines of a specific design actually in service than what the design screen statistics say. No mods in that game.

Something that is sort of related, if you load some units into a transport and the ship gets killed, your units lost are not taken into account in the statistics on the design screen.
