Question for you mod – gurus: I have been trying to figure out a way in a mod I'm working on to set a value for an empire's organic consumption driven by the size of its population (instead of its ships), but I believe this can’t be done per se. I think the only way to do this is through a proxy method using facilities as the Gritty Economics mod has done. Is this correct?
