Yes, Oleg, re-tweaking the AI for 3.x is very low on my overall priority list so it will be a long time before I will get around to it. Any help in that department would be hugely appreciated!

PDF, I've really been focussing on PBW games, and haven't tested the AI much. Low bonus should provide good compensation - Medium or High would I expect tend to make them get a big tech advantage, though they may still be a bit confused about using the new techs correctly.
