Which goes completely outside the design paradigm of fixed wing air in the game. You have simply created a new helicopter class (and the code will treat it as a helo and not strike air for various purposes). The AI will happily "hover" your jet fighters, for example. They will use helicopter evasive routines, and the weapons types (class 11) will need work, for the gun type ones, and then the cannon multiplier will not work eiter, most likely.
so, a can of worms, that you should really only open if you know
exactly what you are doing
