Hides his Mines inside a jammer field and lobs detonating anti-matter torps at everyone from deep inside the field to get their attention while distracting all your guided ordanance with a couple of wild weasel destroyers backed up by a ghosting PD cruiser that goes intangible when you try and hunt it down.
