I drop out from this one too!
I agree Ed Kolis. Perhaps we could gather a game that runs on moosehansend or so. Perhaps one of the more experinced players could volunteer to do the job and thus get more reliable players and so on...

It's too bad. I am thinking of getting into a new game. I saw this one and the All Nations game, but I don't like the fact that they are hosted by people who haven't been around the forum for long. I figure that hosting a game benefits from experience. More importantly, people who have been around for a while will have a reputation regarding their honesty and responsibility. Cheating sucks, of course, as does flaking out. I understand that life sometimes makes demands that cause people to drop out, but there is a responsible way to handle that -- communication.
