States that the A3 has a laser RF
http://afvdb.50megs.com/usa/m2bradley.html Seems to state that A2 bradleys got laser RF "after desert storm" but without specifying a particular date for that mod. Also agrees with A3 having one.
So - the OOB designers have not allowed for the later model bradleys having laser RF, which will have to be modified some day. That leaves the original M2, and the A1, as well as original production A2 as
not having laser RF. So these would have some sort of RF <14.
