go check the latest World Military Balance M Kane posted about on the Yahoo list, if you haven't yet.
You may have a look there too, http://www.bmlv.gv.at/truppendienst/...lint-index.php and http://www.globaldefence.net/, both sites are in German but pretty clear.

Else I may have some loose info around about the recent times (90s onwards), depends on the level of reliability you're looking for!

If you can come up with a good Kuwaiti OOB I may have use of it anyway!
