Eh, a useless lawsuit to be sure,.. all major manufacturers use those 'techniques' to help 'encourage' the purchase of their product over the competitors. Any 'business' or 'persons' that are affected by the conditions listed in the lawsuit have most likely signed an agreement with intell for special benefits like volume discounts, exclusive deals etc. Sounds to me like one or a handfull of mercahnts are now unhappy with that agreement and have decided to file a class action.
Let me guess, this is an american class action suit? heck don't get me wrong but you americans like to sue for just about anything. What this does is make it harder for people with legitimate claims to get their just due. People that sue for less than bonified reasons should be fined heavily. I get the impression 'courts' in the U.S. are viewed as 'playgrounds' for every Tom Dick and Harry that is a 'wannabe' lawyer.
Anyway, I'm not impressed by this class action.
Nuf said, Cheers!
