Well, after grinding through the legalease, it looks like as long as you use your real name, you won't be affected. So, David, you're free to be as annoying as you like, but I on the other hand must behave myself.
Except I don't live in the States, so I think I'll educate US senators on the futility of trying to legislate the internet by sending them annoying emails, mocking them from outside their juristiction.
I wonder if the law would apply to all the uber-l33t n00b-basher!!!11's in WoW, AO, etc. If so then,
/me staples a copy of the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act to their collective foreheads.
